Return & Refund Policy

At The Bucket Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unused compression shirts.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• The free collector magnet pin must also be returned if the shirt is being refunded.
• Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return.
• Sale or clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.

Return Process

1. Contact us at info@thebucketbrand.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided in your return authorization email (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

5. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or color.

   Defective Items If your shirt arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@thebucketbrand.com with photos. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

   We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
